
Anne Goodchild
Anne Goodchild is a senior and experienced trainer for NHS in the UK. She is the lead trainer for the popular United Kingdom National certificated Diabetes training for doctors and nurses which has been part of award-winning diabetes transformation projects including Bexley, West Berkshire and North West London.
Anne has an BSc in Professional Practice, focusing on diabetes and MSc modules in prescribing at Kings College, London. She also has relevant advance degrees in Leicester University in the UK.
She is the author of the PITstop handbook (which focuses on essentials of initiation of treatment and follow up of diabetes), a guide for patients with type 2 diabetes requiring insulin and co-author of a number of articles and conference posters around diabetes management.
Anne is the Director of DIME Square Ltd and author and lead trainer for the popular PrePITstop and PITstop diabetes courses in the UK. While maintaining a clinical presence in general practice, Anne focuses her time on advising service commissioners and providing training to up-skill primary care workforces in diabetes care provision.
